NET2GRID is an EnergyAI company which empowers energy retailers to become energy transition leaders by unlocking value from energy data.
Project objective
The goal for the DTech exhibition was to design booth graphics that not only captured the attention of attendees but also communicated NET2GRID's brand values and value proposition towards the US market. The graphics aimed to create a visually striking and memorable presence that resonated with the target audience and left a lasting impression.
Event background
DISTRIBUTECH International® is the leading US annual transmission and distribution event that addresses technologies used to move electricity from the power plant through the transmission and distribution systems to the meter and inside the home. It attracts industry leaders, professionals, and enthusiasts from around the globe. As a hub for groundbreaking technologies and cutting-edge solutions, it provides a unique platform for networking, learning, and showcasing the latest advancements in the tech industry.
Process
The process started by collecting all the necessary information in order for the design to start. These information includes the booth layout and size, any furniture for use in the booth, location of the booth in the exhibition's space, the messaging the company aims to communicate in this booth, other requirements & constraints, photos of the last year's booth. The collaboration tool Miro was used during that process, as it helps having all the information (images, notes, links to documents) gathered in one space.
A first meeting was conducted with the marketing team in order to gather all the material and brainstorm on ideas for the booth graphics. The team aligned on the message that needed to be communicated that follows the company's sales strategy dedicated to the US market. The concept is to highlight the company's solution about detecting DER assets (solar panels, electric vehicles and batteries) within their user base and how this can help its customers make better grid management, enhance the customer engagement and boost marketing efficiency.
